This durable, non-yellowing coating is ideally suited as a binder and finish coating for seamless flooring.  It is an extremely tough but flexible, clear, chemical and stain resistant coating that is ideal for all concrete, masonry and some timber products. UV exposure-related yellowing of epoxy primers and base coats is retarded when this product is used as a top coat.
